Even going into their app 30-40% of the time has the plug flagged as unavailable when I look to turn it on or off.... It maybe a problem with the placement of the plugs vs the router location, but I've since switched a smart light to the same spot with no issues.

This smart plug supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and can act as a hub for non-Wi-Fi (Bluetooth) smart bulbs for out-of -home control

The app works, and the plug sticks out a bit, if that's fine for you you'll love this thing. I went with GE because of the brand, I felt like I could trust it to work like it does. I wish I knew if other were better. Too lazy to research more.

Awesome smart plug that just works

GE smart plug

It worked for about 3 weeks and I can’t get it to work now. It’s decently easy to set up, but a pain with an apple phone. Prior to this one dying, bought a 3 pack(nit at Best Buy) and can’t get them to even connect. I’m done going to try something else.

Lights up "North Pole"

So, I tell Google to turn on "North Pole" and wham! Christmas tree lights up! It's great and was easy to setup!! Love it!
