    Is ok constantly having problem findings switch and it sucks if 2 people have the app on phone because if have to constantly keep logging in

As well, if you want more then one person using the same devices, you can invite that person as a guest. You do this by having another person make a separate account and then using the guest feature, you can invite them.

    Does the job and works seamlessly

    I bought this to operate the G by CE lightbulbs without needing to purchase the more expensive hub to operate with wifi. So far I haven't had any problems and the plug comes in useful for lights that don't operate with a light switch.

    Great, but i needed it to turn on portable ac, and it does work but shuts itself down after a its been on for a while..

      Hi AdanG369, if your plug is not maintaining a reliable connection we recommend ensuring the device is within 40ft of your Wi-Fi router and connected to a wall outlet. If your device is within range we recommend factory resetting the plug by holding down the button on the right side of the plug until the LED light goes red. After that, you will need to pair the plug again in the Cync app. If the issue persists please contact us at 1-844-302-2943. -Cync Support Team

    This is the best thing since sliced bread!! I love it! I'm a newbie with this smart home stuff and this plug is easing me right into it. I like that I can turn the lights on before I work in the house at night.

    my home is a 1920s farm house without any switched lighting in the living room and main bedroom. These provided the simplest most cost effective lighting solution. I use them with google home and they work every time

    Not as reliant as some similar products. Overall it gets the job done. I used it sparingly to reset my network without running downstairs all the time.

    80% of these ones purchased have been defective and won’t connect to the cync app. The whole idea with c by GE is that it’s all in one ecosystem and because these outlets aren’t recognized and can’t be controlled by the app. This thing is utterly useless. I have ONE outlet that has worked correctly. Every other one I buy has a nice red exclamation mark right next to it. Truly next Gen technology. good luck getting anybody at Best Buy who has any knowledge on these products too. Every employee seems incompetently trained

    Bought 2, bought worked but one stopped working after a week, easy setup though, the other one still works perfectly, guess one was just a lemon

    It does disconnect from my google assistant every so often. Then reconnects on its own by the next day.
