    Not as reliant as some similar products. Overall it gets the job done. I used it sparingly to reset my network without running downstairs all the time.

    80% of these ones purchased have been defective and won’t connect to the cync app. The whole idea with c by GE is that it’s all in one ecosystem and because these outlets aren’t recognized and can’t be controlled by the app. This thing is utterly useless. I have ONE outlet that has worked correctly. Every other one I buy has a nice red exclamation mark right next to it. Truly next Gen technology. good luck getting anybody at Best Buy who has any knowledge on these products too. Every employee seems incompetently trained

    Bought 2, bought worked but one stopped working after a week, easy setup though, the other one still works perfectly, guess one was just a lemon

    It does disconnect from my google assistant every so often. Then reconnects on its own by the next day.

    The Cync plug works great. No lag at all. I use it to control my induction stove with no problems.

    I felt this device was a nuisance to set up and its quite loud when switching on and off. Wouldn't recommend.

    I needed a plug to turn my Xmas lights,I don’t have any smart lightbulbs or anything,this smart plug is exactly what i need,set the automation and the lights are on/off on a schedule,very happy!

    Worked great initially. Was easy to setup using the Google Home app. I also used the app to put the on a schedule to turn on and off. First issue after 2 months was that I was unable to manually turn the plug on and off. Nor would the app show me the plug's status. As of today, the plug stopped working. I removed from my network, added it back, and Google Home app indicated it was in the network. Home app indicated that the plug was on. But no voltage was available on the plug to power my appliance. It's under warranty so I'll will contact the manufacturer.
