    Very bad with Alexa keeps dropping connecting , I have reconnected with Alexa at least 10 times ,responds pretty good initially but keeps dropping offline ,I’m tired of reconnecting I don’t even bother now .

    Would not connect to home network

    Would not connect to my home network. After 3 days of trying abd getting frustrated, it was returned to the store. I purchased another brand that i have always bought when i returned one and linked right up within a min. I figured I would give this a try due to the price but dont waste your time. However it is built really well and does not seem cheap at all, I think if ge would fix this issue it would be a good product. All steps were followed on troubleshooting this plug is why i tried for 3 days so not for the lack of trying.

These devices require a 2.4ghz wifi network to connect and use, and may have issues getting connected to blended networks.
