    It works, but requires Bluetooth, which I don't use. I will use this as a backup to my other smart plug.

      The Cync Smart Indoor Plug can be controlled with Wi-Fi in addition to Bluetooth. Bluetooth is used for short-range communication whereas Wi-Fi can be used over longer distances.     May need WiFi extender

    If you are trying to navigate between C by GE and a. Google Assistant device, you will need a smart plug or similar WiFi enabled device. I personally will need to get a WiFi extender so at this point I’ve set everything up in the C by GE app except the plug.

    disappointing alternative to the amazon plug

    unfortunately despite its promises it doesn't work 100% of the time seemlesly with alexa. On quite a few occasions i've had to redownload the app or delete the associate with the alexa app and then reconnect the two.

    I get them to work on their timers for a while then thry lose their connections. Frustrating!
