Not worth it because all do not work the same time

They worked the first two- three days on google by voice and then I started getting a message that they are not connected. I linked them again and at times, all four work and at times only 3 work. This has become a joke in my house, where everyone is making fun of me when only three work with the voice command. We have finally stopped using voice command and only use the switch now.

Haven't been able to get it to work!

It's been years since I set them up, and I'm not a techy, but it should be easier than this! I spent half an hour on the phone with someone from Cync so that my device does show in my app, but it is not "recognized". She had transferred me to someone from Alexa, but we were cut off, and I don't know what phone number to use. I tried to save money by going with a secondary brand, but I'd say just buy an Alexa Smart Plug.

In fact, I ended up taking these back for a refund. The plugs themselves might be fine, but I had nothing but a week full of software issues with these. The Cync app installed just fine on my phone, but I had to submit my account information at least 6 times to get past the generic "an error has occurred" message and actually set up my account. From there it just got worse. The software would not see the plugs no matter what I tried. I followed every single troubleshooting step on their website, as well as every thing I could come up with my own. Checked signal strength, moved locations, unplugged other devices to try and eliminate conflicts, rebooted my router and modem, and so forth. Took customer support several days to respond to a help request. They had me flush the cache for their app on my phone and try again. At that point I was unable to even log in to my account on the app - same with a secondary account I created to try with - and when I told them that, they apologized and told me to manually add the device in the same app I just told them I could not sign into. Problematic software and subpar customer service earns this 1 star. WIll not buy another GE product again because of this.
