    Couldn't get Cync to follow a daily schedule without my interaction. I could turn the switches off or on from my phone, but that is pretty simple. Save your money

    It was working okay before, stopped working, and I have not reconnected it yet. The build quality is good and feels premium

    I always thought GE produced some really great things. But one of the two plugs I purchased had to be returned after it refused to work.

    Works! The GE smart plug wasnt as intuitive as my Kasa plug though works as intended.

    I wasn’t a fan due the the “c by ge” lightbulbs not syncing and me switching my entire smart home brand :(

    Doesn't connect with Alexa. It connected on the first try and then lost the connection immediately after and would never connect again. Read other reviews saying the same thing and wish I'd read them before buying.

    Worst ever. Waste of money. Device does not stay connected to alexa. Wish i saved package so i could return. Extremely frustated with product. Instead of making my life easier I waste time trying to get this to work

    Had it connected to devices and the electronic devices kept rebooting. I returned the items for I did not want my expensive stuff damaged

    Keep disconnecting, not convenient

    These are so inconvenient. They keep disconnecting not only from the Google home, but even from their own app. I have had to reinstall or reset these plugs at least three times already.

    I bought this smart plug but it didn't work properly it gets disconnected from wifi. I am not happy with it.
