    If you need to change the email address on the Cync account, it requires that you factory reset all of the devices and start from the beginning. Really? Reset 19 devices and start again? Also, each sign-in requires MFA or 2FA, which is not desirable for my light bulbs and plugs. It is not user-friendly and does not play well with other devices. I would suggest TP-Link KASA or a company with more depth than GE.

    Easy to install. I use it to reset my front door Nest camera when I am away from home. It works very well as expected. I would recommend it to anyone.

    I wanted a bluetooth controlled outlet I could use without giving the vendor open access to to my WiFi. After spending an hour on the phone (no access to the local store, of course), I purchased 4 of these, drove to the store picked them up, spent an hour trying to make them work, spent another hour on hold (no local access again) and was finally told that these outlets require full WiFi access to work. Now to return them...

    Disappointed - Didn't work for my needs

    I did not like this for two reasons - 1) I found it very hard to connect to Alexa, it needs to have intermediary apps installed. 2) Its range is less than others I used. It failed for my use which was a distance from the Wi-Fi extender. Both the Alexa and another brand worked where this one was not able too reliably pick up the signal. I thought the GE brand would be a good product but this is not.

    GE made poo-poo all over my house. Please come clean it up. You messed with your poo-poo server and nothing works now. Turning my lights on or off shouldn't be done by your poo-poo server. That's just ridiculous technology. Even the clapper worked without somebody else's poo-poo internet server. That was 1986 technology. You are way behind the times with your poo-poo.

    Works Great abs was veey easy to setup! Replaced another brand with these and hoping they come out with new products soon!

To enable your devices for Alexa you will need to enable the Cync skill under skills and games in the Alexa app, and then sign into your Cync account.     Can't connect to Alexa app, contact customer support and they said only work on 48 continental states, not work in US territories. so dot sell it , make no sence, for me is a fail.

    Do not buy if you need the schedule to work.

    Smart Plug setup worked fine. I assigned a schedule to power on during the day and off at night. The plug has been randomly powering off in the middle of the schedule. It is plugged into a functional battery backup and has a line of site to the wireless ap. Don't buy this if you need the schedule to work.

    Pain to program and have to keep re programing. Different mfgs are much easier to use
