This smart plug is NOT easy to use or set up.

Wanted to use it as a timer, not intuitive and not easy to do. Contacted customer service and they were not able to help. Decided to return this product.

Doesn’t work consistently

Posted .Hi Mannne - Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with our smart plug. We do ask that you keep the firmware on your smart devices up-to-date for the best experience. You can check this by opening the Cync app, going to Settings and then selecting Firmware Updates. The app will either prompt you to update firmware or will tell you your devices are up-to-date. If your devices are up-to-date and still do not connect properly, please give us a call at 1-844-302-2943 so we can assist. -Cync Support Team

Couldnt get product to work

Waste of monry

Would not connect to my phone app
