    I ended up returning the product after it failed to update multiple times once plugged. Product would disconnect and connect multiple times from my phone

    This thing wont stay connected to the google home app so you lose the ability to turn it on and off without reseting. I bought 2 and they both do the same thing.

    Good smart plug to turn on your outdoor lights. The only problem is getting the lights to turn on at a designated time

    Works well once I got it to connect to my wifi. I like how you can set different settings for each outlet.

    Sucked couldn't get it you work but it's the seconded G.E. item I couldn't CYNC using their app. Could be the operator but why make it so hard I did check out YOUTUBE fixes which none worked. Crazy ones like turn on airplane mode walk away from your house x number of feet anyway NO

    I wouldn’t buy this Smart Plug because it constantly loses connection with the app. I have had nothing but issues since I purchased this for our Christmas lights. I have had to contact support three times. Not worth the frustration!

    I was in need of an outdoor waterproof plug and found this GE-Cync plug. It is well made and works well. I would give it a better star rating if the software was better. It was very "Glitchy" to get it to set up and I can only control the plug sporadically from my phone, and it is offline with Google most of the time.

    Doesn’t stay connected to network, have to be within 10’ of the product for it to find it abd stay connected which totally defeats the purpose. DO NOT BUY!

If you notice you are only able to control your Plug from within 10 feet, your device may have disconnected from the internet. This can be resolved by reconnecting the device from the Cync App by going to Settings > Rooms and Devices > 'Room' > View Devices > Edit This Plug > Wi-Fi. From here you should be able to reconnect the device to your network. If you are still having an issue with this, please consider calling us at 1-844-302-2943, and our support team will be happy to help. - Cync Support

    Buggy and plagged by bad app

    The devices will randomly disconnect, and have to be reset, the app from GE is horrendous, lacks functionality and has no custom support thats useful. Go with phillips hue or geeni and dont waste your time with any GE product
