    The devices will randomly disconnect, and have to be reset, the app from GE is horrendous, lacks functionality and has no custom support thats useful. Go with phillips hue or geeni and dont waste your time with any GE product

    Doesn’t stay connected to network, have to be within 10’ of the product for it to find it abd stay connected which totally defeats the purpose. DO NOT BUY!

      Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue controlling your Cync Indoor Smart Plug. If you notice you are only able to control your Plug from within 10 feet, your device may have disconnected from the internet. This can be resolved by reconnecting the device from the Cync App by going to Settings > Rooms and Devices > 'Room' > View Devices > Edit This Plug > Wi-Fi. From here you should be able to reconnect the device to your network.
