Pretty much the same microwave I previously had that die after 3.5 years. This one has a stupid lock feature

This is about the only brand and model that (with the optional trim kit) will fit in the built-in cabinet space that held my prior GE profile microwave.
I'm returning it anyway!
I don't want to modify the cabinet, but my wife and I loathe this model. The control panel buttons are cramped and seem to have no dead space between them, so it's hard to hit the button you want. On a lesser note, the gray interior isn't well lit and is very dim compared to most microwaves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Never had a chance to use this microwave

Best Buy installer did not wire correctly so the microwave oven shorted out when he tried to set the clock.

Stops working after 2years

Stop heating after 2years. Quality of the item drops as we have the 2013 model. Purchased a new one in 2022 and now it stop working. It’s not heating. Only if we dont have a trim for this id buy a different brand.
