We bought a GE Profile 2.2cu ft countertop microwave less than a month ago. So far, it has functioned very well. At 1100 watts, it's a considerable change from the 500wt 1989 Radarange we had before! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the display numbers and writing are hard for 2 senior citizens to read. We have not tried to reheat features yet. We have only used the cook time function. Looking forward to trying out all the features.

Had microwave delivered to my home and it was damaged with dents all over it. Returned item to the store and ordered another to be shipped to the store for pick up. Arrived to pick up new microwave about 7 days later and opened it while in the store and this was also damaged. Finally gave up and went to an appliance store to buy one in stock and NOT damaged.

Our built in microwave of 15 year broke and we got this new replacement. It was the only one that would fit the space. The inside plastic left side of the trim kit had to be cut out so the door would open without rubbing the side. It definitely has a manufacture flaw in sizing but we forced it to work.

The microwave works great. The keys are less touch sensitive and need to actually press/push on the keypad. Makes for easier cleaning because you can wipe over the numbers without making it turn on by accident. Big believer in GE appliances.

Great microwave. Had to replace a 25 year old micro and wanted to keep it within the GE family. The profile is sleek and cooks food great.

We are remodeling our forever home and although I have not had a chance to hook this up, everything looks fantastic and we got it for an amazing price. Will hopefully have a functioning kitchen in the next month!

FYI it looks the same as older versions of the but the microwave does not fit old trim kits....

Great Product! Easy to install, looks amazing and has been operating very solid.

Very dissapointed in the loud noise the microwave makes when warming items. There is also no mounting bracket for a counter top microwave as large as this. I have the older GE version "PEBSS26 that I bought 3 time because of bulbs and other components burning out and I didn't want change the mounting bracket I bought for it or mix and match appliances. I'm ready to move on to another vendor.

A perfect replacement for an older GE microwave oven. It is so sleek, stylish, and loaded with features too. I especially love the grey interior, it just makes it seem so modern.

Replacing my older GE Profile 2.2 Cu. Ft. Microwave that had a white interior and an inch smaller in diameter glass carousel plate. This new one does not have A.M. or P.M. selection for setting the clock. You cannot select the volume of the ready buzzer just able to mute it. I love it and it is an inch higher than my old one.

I do like this microwave, it has many nice features, however, the controls are virtually illegible in low light. It is a black microwave and the numbers on the control panel are barely colored at all, and cannot be seen except in very bright light. I believe the microwave would be perfect if the control panel had some kind of backlighting or brighter letters and numbers.

Had to replace a microwave in a setting where it had to match the opening. So if you have the same situation then you must buy the extra kit to mount. I've had this for a few months and everything works as it should. The popcorn setting is off but it could possibly be re-programmed to your liking. Overall I am pleased with this unit.

I bought this microwave as a replacement for the one previously installed by the home builder and it was only two years old and the eject button mechanism broke which rendered it useless. Installation was pretty easy but for some reason it didn’t fit exactly as the previous model did. It works well but it seems they didn’t upgrade the cheaply made ejection hardware that is made out of a cheap plastic and many people have complained of the same issue. Cooking performance is really good but come on GE, you can do a better job than this.
