Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible install: Did not unpack and install refrigerator shelves, one was damaged and I can not get a replacement ; Best Buy told me to contact manufacturer Did not connect filter and Ice maker waterline - kitchen and basement got flooded No help from Customer support , sending me from one person to another with no help Went to a store and GM did not want to talk to me , just gave another phone number at this point wasted 8 hours of my time with no resolution Will be canceling my Total membership , and will not buy from the Best buy

Dimensions inaccurate

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dimensions shared by Best Buy to ensure the fridge would fit my space were not the “installed dimensions” which were only available on the box and were 1-2” larger than the dimensions on the website. So, the fridge did not fit in our space and we had to return it. You cannot call Best Buy to talk to anyone at your local store - only India. We cancelled the order and bought one at Lowes instead.

The water dispenser inside the fridge is too inconvenient. It's not like the previous Profile line that was made in this country

Terrible installation

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation and movers of this fridge damaged my stairs, my steps, brought a faulty model and didn't install a new water line when i had paid for a new one for installation and now i have to go through a claim through JBHunt. Even when they had to bring the new fridge in they didnt set it up right to the water to automatically fill for the built in pitcher.

Allegedly will now be delivered on 12/5. Contacted customer service stayed on hold for 20 and 30 seconds. Second customer service rep hung up on me. Third rep rescheduled for 12/5 delivery.

I do wish the top shelves in the doors were slightly deeper, but they can be used for short jars, etc. The delivery was not as great an experience. It was supposed to be delivery and installation, but my son had to do all the installation as the people doing the delivery were basically useless.
