Since I ordered a new fridge before holidays we have gone through 6 refrigerators. Today the 7th is scheduled. I went into the store to talk with the general manager and made the comment “I bet you wouldn’t want me to write one” trying to lighten things up and a little sarcastic, like a joke though. He glared at me and said “ you can do whatever you like but I don’t need to hear that. I’m talking to someone and trying to see what happened.” I told him I had no idea he was talking to anyone. I just saw him staring at his phone. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I told him he had no right or reason to speak to me like that. After he rescheduled I stood up and asked if replacing a microwave, 6 refrigerators, the 7th comes today, was this a first at this store, he replied “why yes I believe so, want a reward?” I am a total tech member and my first purchase for appliances.

Terrible installation

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation and movers of this fridge damaged my stairs, my steps, brought a faulty model and didn't install a new water line when i had paid for a new one for installation and now i have to go through a claim through JBHunt. Even when they had to bring the new fridge in they didnt set it up right to the water to automatically fill for the built in pitcher.

Allegedly will now be delivered on 12/5. Contacted customer service stayed on hold for 20 and 30 seconds. Second customer service rep hung up on me. Third rep rescheduled for 12/5 delivery.

I’ve only had it a month, so I cannot comment on durability etc., but it runs great, looks great. If Bosch’s refrigerators are the same quality and engineering as their dishwashers - it will be a AAA purchase. So far, so great!
