We love the frig but also loved the two gentlemen who delivered it. On time, very congenial and polite, showed us how the various compartments fit and answered all our questions.

Only had the refrigerator a couple of months, but so far I love it. The refrigerator looks sleeker with the inside ice dispenser and I love the autofill pitcher. The LED back panel really lights up and the overall functionality is great, Totally satisfied with my purchase- worth it!

Dang… it’s an otherwise nice fridge. The right door opens and leans open. Very nice. The left door, however, leans closed. It does not stay open, you must hold it open or it falls into you. Super inconvenient and uncomfortable. I avoid using the left door and only have comfortable access to half the fridge. I noticed when closed, the top of the doors aren’t even, so I ordered a replacement. The replacement has the same problem. Not sure if bad design or poor quality control. My wife is bothered by workers moving another new fridge into place so we will not be replacing again. I am upset that we spent all this money on a new fridge and it’s more uncomfortable than the previous 20 year old fridge. Not happy customer. Sometimes I get so mad I could poop my own pants :(

Beautiful for organizing! Nice and roomy. I love the second drawer option allowing me to choose how I’d like to utilize it.

Overall we are satisfied with the purchase. There's some features that should be included at this price point, like pull out shelves. So far everything is working satisfactory.

I am happy with this purchase and hope it lasts long unlike the LG refrigerator that broke down 2 times within 8 years. A nice feature is the bright light inside on the back. It is very helpful.

Really nice refrigerator. I think one of the best on the market right now. The backlighting is the best feature, it lights up the fridge items very nicely.

Inside water pitcher drips several drops on floor when refilling….

Great features and price when you find this fridge on sale. Ice scoop is NOT included, why? This is a $2500+ fridge, GE could at least include a $5 scoop…

Overall nice fridge, but the ice bucket could have been a better design. Ice can fall behind the freezer drawer if not careful.

This delivery was canceled with no reason. Since I ordered a new fridge before holidays we have gone through 6 refrigerators. Today the 7th is scheduled. I went into the store to talk with the general manager and made the comment “I bet you wouldn’t want me to write one” trying to lighten things up and a little sarcastic, like a joke though. He glared at me and said “ you can do whatever you like but I don’t need to hear that. I’m talking to someone and trying to see what happened.” I told him I had no idea he was talking to anyone. I just saw him staring at his phone. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I told him he had no right or reason to speak to me like that. After he rescheduled I stood up and asked if replacing a microwave, 6 refrigerators, the 7th comes today, was this a first at this store, he replied “why yes I believe so, want a reward?” I am a total tech member and my first purchase for appliances.

I shopped every appliance deal in Port Richey Florida...Best Buy provided the best price and value for our money.
