We purchsed from another store 1st and it was damaged and they could not get us another. We contacted Best Buy and they had one in Texas! We had it in three days and it was delivered! Next time I need an appliance Best Buy will be may 1st stop!!

The controls are with limited buttons and dial node, limits command function. Power output not as strong, heating times are longer. Not completely capable of multi cooking, you can cook multiple things, but comman inputs during multi operation aren’t possible.

We like very much the unit although the knob option is not much but for now it's ok

Held my refund on on item in hostage and wouldn't give it back with threats of protest with news stattions and get permits to protest in front of their store. After they knew i meant business they finally cut us a check. I spent over 9000.00 and the refund on an item was only 600.00 plus dollars. No need of thus kind of treatment from Best Buys and Citi Bank.

Works well, straightforward controls, clean basic design. Only issue is the price which is on the high side but there are few options in this category.
