The convection fan can be noisy when preheating to extreme high temps and the temp sensor relay clicking can be annoying but other than those two facets - this Haier back appliance is solid. It even has an mobile app that just works - unlike so many other companies that publish app garbage to go along with their products. I commend GE for this added bit of tech!

Has a lot of features. Only complaint was that this is a little shorter than the existing oven we replaced so there is a gap in between the oven and the cabinet. There was no trim kit with this so I will be calling GE as they have a true fit guarantee. Should be an easy fix with either metal trim from GE or if I put a piece of wood trim below

We've cleaned it a couple times already and it looks brand new. All the technology works great, everything is push button. Only had to reboot it once. Quality of food is perfect.

I like the rack that rolls out for easy access and the front lights make the food easy to see. This oven gets a bit hotter than my last. I have to adjust down 5-10 degrees. It also throws out more heat than I'm used to. These issues are minor and are a part of adapting to a new tool. Overall I am happy with it

Will hopefully have a functioning kitchen in the next month!

We were looking for a convection oven that had great ratings, and the WiFi feature was a key selling point as it allowed my wife to monitor the status of her cooking from anywhere in the house and turn the oven on and off remotely.

But to break after less than 6 months is pathetic. To add insult to injury the part that is required is on back order. So I am led to believe this is not an isolated issue with this oven. Don't waste your time buying this oven.
