    We like how easy it is to clean with no knobs on the cooking surface, It requires a 50 amp breaker and 6 gage wire to power the 36" model so check what you have in your home. The induction cook top makes a ticking sound when the burners are turned on until the elements get broken in. They do not include a full length manual with it you have to download and print it your self if you want a copy.

    So glad I upgraded to induction. Cooks food in half the time, but you do have to have pots and pans that are magnetic to work on cooktop

    Product works well so far but delivery and ordering was a hassle I ordered in oct and didnt have it installed untill december after many reachedules on their part Think twice before buying anything that needs delivery from best buy

    Long lead time for item purchased. Have not been able to used this product because it has a three month lead time for delivery. Purchased 25 May 21, estimated delivery 5 August 21.

    Rather than repair our 10-year old induction cooktop, we decided to replace it with a new one. We got the same model so that we wouldn’t have size issues inserting the new cooktop. The only drawback was that we had to wait a month before the installation could be scheduled.

    Again the induction cook tops are not for every household electrical capabilities. Do your homework. Best Buy was awesome at returning but buy a regular cook top .

    I grew up and learned to cook with a glass cooktop. My wife learned to cook on an electric cooktop. This thing combines the ease of electric with the adjustability and versatility of gas. I love it. It’s beautiful and the controls are perfect. Washes easily and a great looking cooktop as well. Yes, you can’t use cheap aluminum cookware and you have to make sure your pans are magnetic but a minor inconvenience for a great working cooktop.

    Order canceled twice despite delivery confirmations. No cooktop within 500 miles. I live approx 100 miles from NYC, Phila, Wilmington, Washington, DC. Need I go on? Bought the cooktop from a family run appliance store 20 mikes from my house. Better luck next time Best Buy.

    Was installed, didn't work 2 weeks later service showed up couldn't get it to work. Ordered a replacement unit for another mfg. in stock, couldn't get it installed for two more weeks now delayed because we will be out of town Now scheduled for week of May 9th. Almost 6 weeks without a cooktop. Poor service Best Buy. And I am a designer who who purchases appliances and plumbing items for clients.

    Beware !!!! BAD BOARDS A LITTLE OF YEAR

    A know issue of bad circuit boards was found on our unit. 17 months after buying. Tech found bulletin of know defective boards however GE would not cover. Both boards have to be replaced at $1100. You should look elsewhere from another manufacturer
