It’s a bit embarrassing when company is here.

Posted .Hello- We are happy to hear your washer is working well and cleaning your clothes. However, we are sorry you're having this experience with your being extra loud. It may be getting out of balance. All GE Appliances washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch. During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal. Note: The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Perfect for out baby on the way!!! We specifically looked for a sanitation cycle for babies clothing and I’m in love with the feature . Drys the clothes so well and very strong. Needs minimal time for delicates as it a sting dryer . Color is also great. Easy to wipe and keep clean .
