Damaged washer was super noisy, I thought it was from the dent. Replacement washer is also VERY loud and physically moves when it is spinning. Also doesn’t drain all of the water out and I have to run it through multiple spin cycles to get sheets dry.

He showed us all the washers and told us about each one, all the bells and whistles. Then, he ask if we were interested in knowing more information about any. He was the best with no pressure. Sorry i cant remember his name.

I am not sure if this is normal for this appliance or if I was delivered a bad unit, but it is much much louder than the 11 year old appliance it replaced. I would not buy again.

Regarding the noise, you may want to make sure the load size is appropriate for the cycle you’ve chosen, the basket is loaded evenly and the washer itself is level; an uneven load or the washer itself being uneven may cause additional vibration and add to the noise level. If it might be helpful, there’s a description of noises the washer may make on page 24 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page.
