It doesn’t spin all the water out of the clothes on certain cycles. You have to put it on bulky and the pause it to change the cycle. Not a good product.

Posted .We'd like to help with any issues you're having with your washer. If the clothes aren't washing well, we recommend ensuring the water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Other troubleshooting tips are available in your Use and Care manual; the manual can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page, and the Troubleshooting Tips section starts on page 22. Regarding the issue with balance, we recommend ensuring the washer is leveled (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed) and items are loaded evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket. The washer having an infusor rather than an agitator would not affect the balance. If you aren't able to resolve the issues with the washer, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. Have only had it for one week, but have run multiple loads. The settings are intuitive and cover all the uses we can throw at it. The bottom of the basin is indeed reachable, ever for shorter people. Quality machine, would recommend it.

Wish it had a deep fill for the normal load. Don’t feel it cleans very well without the extra 3 gallon deep fill which all other loads can have. Also, no signal when to clean washer:(
