never shoopping at best buy again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this whole process of buying from best buy has been a nightmare. i purchased this item and scheduled a delivery day for 3/11/2024 never recieved a call to confirm. a day before delivery day i called again to confirm they said they cant tell what time it would be there but it was to be delivered on 3/11/24 upon waking up on 3/11/24 i took my old washing machine out and had it taken to dispose of. my order status said between 7:30am and 11:30am at 11:00 am i called to see if the window had changed. best buy stated that my delivery was cancled. due to the guy working in a different department. best buy never called or notified me of this. and said i could reschedule for 2 weeks later. leaving me with no washing machine. i then had to pay a moving company $100 to go to best buy to pick up my washing machine. i have talked to all the cooperate people at best buy and will not compensate me for picking it up myself and cant even acknowlege they messed up and then got laughed at by a costumer service rep named "andy". Best Buy is a joke. this isnt the first time this has happened either. but i guess like the old saying goes fool me twice, shame on me.... they dont care they already recieved my money.

Posted .For help with the balancing concern. please make sure the unit is leveled and all four leveling legs are firmly on the floor. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We recommend you review the support article on the GE Appliances website titled: "Top Load Washer - Normal Sounds".
