There are so many things wrong with it. It doesn't agitate the clothes well enough. My clothes never smell clean. I use more water and more soap than my old washer. And it is so loud! There is a power surge every time the the impeller changes directions. (My electrical panel is up to date). Please do not buy this washer!

We recommend making sure you are loading your items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will make sure that the unit stays in balance. You can find additional information on the article titled "Top Load Washer - Wet Clothes Concerns" on the GE Appliances website.
To help with your clothing smell, we recommend using High Efficiency detergents such as Tide PODS™ and liquid detergents while following the instructions labeled on the packaging. High Efficiency detergents are formulated to work with low water wash and rinse systems.

Your top-load HE Hydrowave washer with Infusor wash technology provides excellent performance while using less water and energy than a traditional top load washer. Some differences between an infusor model and agitator model will be noticeable during operation. The Infusor system relies on the friction of the clothes to loosen and lift dirt particles. Zipping sound: The drive system of this washer does not use gears. This is the normal sound of the motor rotating back and forth to clean the clothes.
