Happy with the purchase replacing a previous washer that died after 6 years (the old one wasn’t GE) it could be easier to use the connected app for starting loads remotely if you’ve already loaded the washer.

Posted .Thanks so much for your purchase. This is a really nice washer, and we want you to be happy with your washing results. We recommend trying the Power Clean cycle along with Deep Fill and Deep Rinse to see if that helps. Our new washers do sound different than older washers. You'll hear clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds. If you view the manual on page 24, you'll see a QR code that you can scan to hear all the different sounds that are normal.

Posted .It's normal for washers to produce certain sounds during operation, but excessive noise can sometimes indicate an imbalance. We recommend ensuring your washer is properly leveled to minimize vibrations and noise. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.

Hope it is going to run for a reasonable length of time. Loading clothes is very convenient and running time is reasonable in relation to amount of cloth. Overall a happy customer.
