Bought it for my daughter as a house warming gift, and within two months it has flooded her laundry room four times. GE customer service is abysmal. They have sent techs out 4 times, twice saying they found different problems, twice saying there was nothing wrong. GE still has not fixed the washer and when I requested a replacement, GE told me we have not had enough failures to qualify for replacement yet. I will never consider another GE product. Buyer beware, GE produces garbage, and their warranty is useless.

The 1st washer that was delivered was a lemon and the power start button wouldnt work. Best Buy was able to order and replace but 1 had to wait an additional 5 days. The new one is working like a charm.

It has a number of great features and settings. After using it we like it even more. It's quiet and saves water!! So glad we bought it at Best Buy and that Joe too his time to shows many washers and answer our questions.

The previous washer was an LG and we were not happy that the unit didn't lasted a short time before we started having problems with it so we researched the ge unit and decided to purchase that unit and so far we are happy with it.
