It’s not worthy of installing in a rental property. Not sure how GE made such a piece of junk. Very disappointed.

Clicks, flowing water, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. Posted .It is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. -- Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. Pause the unit, open the door, and manually redistribute the load. To check the machine, run a rinse and spin cycle with no load. If the washer's level of vibration is normal, the unbalance was caused by the wash load. -- For ways to resolve the wet clothes concern, see the “Clothes too wet” troubleshooting section on page 28 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.
