Posted .We'd like to help out with your washer not spinning. We recommend trying out an electronic reset, by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. You can also check our article titled "Top Load Washer - Does Not Spin" on our GE Appliances, for additional troubleshooting. If the troubleshooting doesn't help, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell service team by calling 1-833-426-3393.
