Poor Quality

Washer leaves fabric softener on all clothes even using heavy duty rinse. Best Buy would not make it right when we were having issues in less than 2 weeks after purchase.

Posted .Stains can be caused by improper use of fabric softener. Following the manufacturer's directions to use and utilize the extra rinse feature is crucial. Please know that you do have a one-year warranty with us and you can schedule service by calling 833-426-3393. Our technicians are happy to get your washer and dryer working as they should.

Horrible customer service: washer installation

Dryer was installed, but installers stated that they couldn’t install the washer since there was no drainage hose. I’ve contacted Best Buy Custer service and they stated they have escalated the issue. My old working washer was hauled away and the new non working one left at my house.

Posted .This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. -- If you still prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. Less than 4 months

Posted .We recommend checking your vent hose on the back of the dryer and your wall cap on the outside of your home for obstruction or restriction as this could cause poor drying performance. Also, try turning off the power to the unit at your breaker or fuse box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment. We're confident our highly trained service team can remedy this for you.

Washer, no frills

Delivery was rescheduled without reason. $60 fee was charged even though total tech member. Gas was gas, charged $30 for gas hose not use, delivery did leave, no refund yet.

Delivery issue

Damaged Washing Machine

Almost 2 months after it was ordered. Best Buy just says sorry and sends another one. Purchase date is 10-25-22.
