Oh my. This is not what we'd expect from this dryer and not the experience we want you to have. We do encourage you to try the troubleshooting tips on page 28 of the use and care manual found on the product page. If these tips do not help, please schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737. We recommend checking to ensure the washer is level by placing a level on flat top side edges of your washer. Adjust all four leveling legs until washer is level left-to-right and front-to-back. If the issues with the sound level and movement continue, please call GE Appliances Service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment to have it checked by a factory trained technician.

Hello- We appreciate your purchase and understand your concern. We'd like to provide some tips that will help! Tangled, twisted or knotted clothes are usually the result of wash loads that were not properly sorted. Here are some tips to help prevent clothing from getting tangled, knotted or twisted in your Top Load Washer. Avoid mixing heavier weight items with lighter weight items. Avoid putting too many or too few items in the washer. Make sure you set the proper water level for the load size you are doing.
