The installation service provided however was way below the standard that you would of expect from the name "Best Buy", it was amateurish at best. Third party personnel was inefficient and did not had the proper skills set to complete the install. In my case, it even resulted in damage of personal property. The "concierge" service that is offered as part of being a member of the Best Buy Plus also failed in their commitment of resolving the issue in 5 different ocassions. We ended up hiring a real professional on our own. They were extremely unprofessional and poor in their commitment to customer service. We will no longer use Best Buy as our go to place of all appliances and electronic needs due to this experience of disastrous proportions. It is not worth the money or for that matter the time for me and my family. If you can, please go some where else where they will threat customers with dignity and respect.

These units are extremely loud and they don't have the built-in detergent reservoir as stated in the specs. Overall quality with regards to the exterior metal, lid, and detergent dispenser is very poor. I don't expect these lasting until just past manufacturer's warranty without repair calls.

Posted .Hi there - This unit has the Flex Dispense Drawer. This drawer holds liquid fabric softener/conditioner, pre-wash detergent, and detergent packets. There is also a bleach dispenser in the front left corner of the unit. If you are experiencing a loud noise, such as the unit shaking or moving, please ensure your unit is leveled properly. Posted .We would like to provide some guidance with the fill feature on your unit. This model does have the ability to use a feature called Deep Fill. The Deep Fill feature is for loads where extra water is desired. This feature is recommended for special case loads only, not for typical everyday use. More information about this can be found in the manual (page 14) on the website for review. Regarding the agitator noise level, If you feel your washer is too loud or is making an unusual sound, please review the manual on page 28 to review the normal sounds your unit should make.
