A little disappointed!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 1st washer was a total lemon the water didn’t stop filling till I finally had to manually shut the water off it used all my hot water for that day. The 2nd one was delivered 2 weeks later. It work like it should but it’s somewhat loud. The water levels are low so I kinda wonder if it’s washing the clothes clean. Well all in all it is a okay washer but would read and study everyone’s reviews and decide. It’s is a good looking washer and seems well made but consider what most important to you was the consumer.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. If your clothes are not wet after a wash, please have one of our Bodewell technicians out to assess. Multiple settings allows you to be specific (jeans, towels, linens, & whites for example), or use a normal setting for mixed batch. Unlike other washers without agitator, the auto sense really gets the basket level and cycle completes without issue. Bulky setting handled king comforter with ease, no need to stop load because it is uneven and can't spin, really great.

The “high efficiency” puts in 20% less water than is needed to really wash clothes. It’s possible for clothes to either not even get wet ir cleaned after a cycle. I put dirty clothes in that still had dirt on them after load. Kinda defeats the purpose of a washer. It’s a real bummer because it’s just a bit off and I wish I could adjust after levels up a bit to calibrate. Ended up returning for a different brand with better reviews. We wanted an agitator as we think missing it made a difference in the cleaning quality.

Hate the smartwash does not fill enough to wet clo

I love the size of it, but I do not like the new smart wash technology it does not fill the water over the clothes! I have to set it on bulky and deep fill for it to get all of the clothes wet! What’s the purpose in having all the other cycles if it won’t even fill to the top of your clothes whether you’re doing a small load or a large load you get the same amount of water unless you put deep fill every time and bulky! Deep fillers for the rinse cycle and bulky is for the wash cycle! I would not buy this again! I however do like the max spin the clothes come out almost dry before you even put them in the dryer! Also, the washer is extremely noisy compared to my last Samsung set!

You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, flowing water, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. Maybe a bit noisy but you’ll get used to.
