You can’t change any settings in the normal mode and you have to customize. Every wash basically decided to swap it on the second day I have it.

The washer is very cheaply made and is so loud. From the beginning of the cycle when it weighs the load to the final spins it makes so many loud noises that sounds like grinding. When it is spinning on even the smallest of loads it makes awful banging noise and I am just very unimpressed. I did a lot of research before my purchase and thought this set was the one but sadly it is not.

Posted .A banging noise during a drain and/or spin cycle may occur from the drain hose hitting against the back of the washer. This can occur if the drain hose is not secured properly. For information on proper installation, check the section titled “Connect Drain Hose to Washer” on page 19 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. -- We also recommend leveling your washer, as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Lauren@GEAppliances

Unfortunately, the warranty provider, Bodewell, has demonstrated poor customer service, stating that it could take up to a month to resolve the issue. Given that this appliance is less than a year old, we find this delay and inconvenience unacceptable. Had we been aware of these challenges, we would have opted for a different brand. We strongly recommend considering other options before making this purchase.

Very disapointed

No mater how careful i am loading the washer when doing towels “only” im talking four maybe five towels. The spin cycle doesn’t work i have to unload and evenly lay the towels to get it to rinse and spin. This is the same for doing 1 queen size blanket or comforter.
