It took a couple of days to figure out the tech stuff, like any new appliance you get. But my clothes have come out so much cleaner than my last top load HE washer. Another feature I truly appreciate is the UltraFresh Vent. I run it every night (it takes very little electricity) and it clears all of the moisture inside. Prior to this feature, I gave up on front-load machines. And it's so quiet. It was worth every penny.

Door latch locked with my clothes in it so I had a technician come out and he wanted to charge me $600 to replace the main board and door latch. Might as well buy a new one. Working on fixing this junk myself.

GE Profile 5.3 CU Ft Front load Washer

I really love the GE Profile 5.3 washer. The Ultrafresh vent on the door keeps it smelling fresh. The grey color looks sharp. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because it may a lot of noise on the spin cycle.

Large Washer

The large size makes it easy to wash blankets. Seems to take a LONG time to “dry” the washer when using the UltraFresh Vent System+. Not sure how much electricity that is using. Also not sure on the life of the motor since the machine is still running forever trying to dry the machine out.

After we had a lengthy battle with the geek squad , we went back to the store we purchased it from and he immediately set it up for replacement. The manager was so nice and helpful. I wish we would have went back to the store to begin with.
