    We got this washer to cut down on trips to the laundromat for larger items. It has helped us with that and more. The settings, memory, and detergent tank make all laundry so much easier.

    I have had my washer for less than two years and absolutely loved it. The clothes were cleaner and the spin cycle definitely cut down on drying time. Unfortunately, after less than two years, the drum stopped rotating. A few days earlier, the matching dryer started overheating to the point that I had to stop using it for fear of fire. I am now waiting for parts and repairs that are very costly. Warranty is extremely short.

    It doesn’t have an automatic dry… if the clothes are not 100% dry and you put it back in to restart, it doesn’t auto dry. It continues on with its full 45 minute cycle.

    Besides having a great washing machine, it was time for a new one. This machine has a smart dispenser that you fill up and it washes your clothes up to 50 washes and then you add more. The Smart HQ app tells you everything you need to know the washing machine. I also like smart fresh vent.

    The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity, smart dispenser, and "Ultra Fresh" vent are certainly appealing features, not to mention the washer’s sleek, modern design. However, just five months after the one-year warranty expired, the drain pump failed, and customer service offered no courtesy assistance. I’m left wondering what "PROFILE" really stands for, as reliability doesn’t seem to be it. Apparently a lot of people are going through the exact same issue. Overall, this product feels overpriced for its lack of dependability. You’re better off choosing a less expensive model and putting that extra money toward an extended warranty.

    13 months after purchase the main board went out and had to be replaced! Year 2 here we go again. 2 years and another main board out! We have not even started using all the extras.
