Sold me garbage

I went back to the store and was told they would send out a repairman to fix it. ITS BRAND NEW!!!!! I don’t want it REPAIRED I want it replaced, it’s like talking to a politician, everyone is sorry, especially me, yet it still doesn’t work. I’ll probably get my first payment bill before it works! What a crock!!! I want it replaced or at least compensated, I’ve had more arguments with my wife over this garbage you sold me . I’ll let her call you and tear you a new one. This crap treatment of a customer is a disgrace and shows your lack of integrity. REPLACE the washer! I’m tired of arguing with her, I’m so tired of her having to go to a laundromat and me having to hear her complain. Your wasting our irreplaceable time, do the right thing….REPLACE IT!!!

Posted .Goodness. This is certainly not the experience we want you or your wife to have with your washer. Replacement will need to be handled by Best Buy directly. Know that you have a one-year warranty that you can take advantage of with us by calling 1-800-432-2737.

Check the other reviews people have left. I want to return it so bad but the only option GE gives me is to send a repair technician authorized by GE. My previous washers lasted me 7 years without any repairs this devices didn't event last a year

This thing does NOT clean clothing. It also doesn't pull warm water. No matter the temp setting, the water is ice cold. My Samsung that I had before is supposedly inferior, but it cleaned clothing MUCH better.

We’ve tried leveling it for 2 weeks now with no luck. It shakes all over the place violently. We have never had a successful wash cycle, and we are returning it immediately. This unit is nicely made, but we can recommend it to anyone that will use this freestanding.

Sometimes I even have to unplug it and plug it back up just to get it to spin and drain.

Posted .We're sorry you're having trouble with your washer getting out of balance. We certainly understand how this can be frustrating for you and we want to help. The washer may have sensed an out of balance load condition and as a result, the speed of the final spin was reduced and/or the washer stopped spinning. When this occurs, please redistribute the clothing and select the drain/spin cycle. The communication on the lid graphic is a guide in which we recommend you load clothes around the infusor first, and then continue to layer clothes on top as you load upward. Once you load around the infusor, you can load to the top of the holes in the wash basket. This loading method will prevent throwing in a sheet on top of the infusor. You may also refer to page 13 of the owner's manual for more information on loading your washer which can be found on the website.

Washed well when it worked. You can't buy a washer or dryer from best buy without buying the warranty. These new washers just don't last. Only 3 people in household so we only do 4-5 loads a week and machine was never abused in any way.
