I have always been an LG customer and really wanted to give GE a chance with this new washer, but it disappointed me. I only had it for a week and a have and in that time- the top liquid detergent dispenser stopped dispensing, the machine stopped draining and spinning and it eventually stopped agitating. It was stuck on sensing and then would turn off. Going back to LG

Well built, quiet, efficient. Large capacity. Spins clothes almost dry, less time in dryer.

Great capacity for large loads and minimal noise when doing a large load. Gorgeous color and great functionality. Easy turn knob instead of pressing a million buttons over and over, so much easier!

Huge capacity and simple to operate! Sapphire color is beautiful! This is high tech and high efficiency while being easy to operate! I highly recommend!!!

Have only used it a couple times at this point, since we had to wait on the delivery of the matching dryer. It has a lot of features which I am excited to be able to use. We picked this model because it is a high efficiency washer with a large capacity, it is easier to reach the bottom than other washers of the same size and we like the color.

I ave had my GE Profile 900 washer a little more than a month. It is wonderful, cleans clothes great, is very quiet, has no vibration, etc. Great! I have used several settings including low to high spinning, low to high water, etc. All with great results and very easy to use. The only thing i don't know how to do i lock the lid. A minor thing, and I realize I just need to read the use manual. Machine is 5 Stars. Love it!! Only exception...the blue is quite dark, almost gray, and shows every speck of lint or dust. I really wanted white and wish it had been an option!!

So far so good. It’s super quiet and very large inside which has been a great help. I like the quick wash function and easy to understand settings like adding an extra rinse or modifying water temp. Handles comforters no problem and spins them dry enough to get dried in dryer easy. Also cool looking.

First off, yes the color is terrific, but so are all the features and it's so easy to use! Love getting notified that the washer is done.

Very quiet and efficient. It can wash very large loads and very small loads. It has so many different functions!

The machine does a great job. I am very happy with most of what the machine does. I do have many large quilts though, and the machine gets off centered by these. I have to unbundle the quilts and spread them out and re-spin and drain to get them dry enough for the dryer. Other than that, it is great. I love the Alexa feature because I can now have announced throughout the entire house when the washer is done. No more forgotten wet clothes.

Easy to use. Love the color. Great for bulky items like blankets.

I really like the set, and they live up to most of my expectations. I've primarily used whatever u this we're provided in previous apartments lived in, so this was my first premium laundry set. The biggest miss for me, and a feature I was really excited about, is the app. The Smart HQ is terrible on my Pixel 6 Pro. It just doesn't work, and you cannot set up the app using an Android device. I spent way too much time trying to set it up before finding a forum that called the problem out. When I used my work phone (an iphone) it set up within 5 minutes. I still get the push notifications but it never loads on the pixel. I just can't understand the miss on Android integration. ALSO the dryer feature from the app only allows you to start a tumble dry (no heat) on certain settings and that's unfortunate because I, personally, would like more control.

Washer works great. We upgraded from a 2010 GE profile top load washer and this new washer can hold/fit more clothes. It washes clothes just fine and there have been no issues after 10 loads. I was able to connect it to my phone quite easily which allows me to get a notification, amongst other options, when the cycle is complete.

I love this set, easy to use and very efficient. The Alexa feature is great, i also love the fact that i can fill up the tank with detergent and just put things to wash without having to add detergent everytime. super easy.

This is a very nice washing machine...HOWEVER, it is a top loader. As of now, I find that it struggles with bath rugs and/or coverlets/comforters...easily coming unbalanced...Now, if I can figure out how to ensure that it can handle these simple items that my front loader did with ease, I would upgrade my rating. It handles all the other basic laundry/towels/sheets with no issue...very efficient..

It goes out of balance easily with bulky items. Otherwise I like it very much.

This washer is great and beautiful. The color is so nice. I love the size of the drum and it fits my comforter (king) with no issues. I love tht it will balance the clothes on it's own where I do not have to reposition them. I love tht I can control and view wash cycle through Alexa

The washer is great, very quiet and smooth. The price very very reasonable in bestbuy. I highly recommend bustbuy.

This machine has been great since it was replaced. There is a flaw in the system though which rendered our first machine useless. It cannot be reset if the lid sensor goes out. Ours had a bad lid sensor after only 3 washes. GE couldn’t get a tech to us for nearly a month so we exchanged it for a new one with BestBuy. The replacement has been awesome though. Now just praying it was a fluke and this machine lasts long enough to make it worth the money.
