Previously had LG and Samsung appliances and have been quite disappointed when compared to previous experiences. The washer basically jumps across the floor pretty frequently and the dryer quit working about 2 weeks ago and the warranty service comes out tomorrow to fix. I hope they can actually fix it tomorrow and I don't have to wait longer for a part to come in or I will be buying a new Dryer.

Don’t Even Think of Buying

We purchased these approximately 18 months years ago. Within that time, we are on our 2nd washer due to repeated malfunctions/inoperability to the point they finally replaced it 8 months ago. As of today, the replacement is also dead and inoperable. Always a different issue - from the compute board to now the lid lock mechanism. Complete hunk of junk. They may look cool, but they also feel really cheap - everything is like hollow plastic, definitely not a quality build. As a side note, the dryer is even worse - we are on dryer #4!

I have to restart the washer 2 and 3 times. It will continuously run water and not stop until the washer cuts itself off mid wash and doesn’t even wash the clothes. It also takes forever to balance if it even balances the clothes. It is extremely loud while trying to balance clothes. I have to mostly wash on bulky so the basket doesn’t bang against the sides. I am not satisfied and want to buy a new one already. I haven’t even had the thing a year.

Just cleaned a king size down comforter and it looks and smells GREAT! Went from 4.6 cu. to this 5.4 cu. Can handle a whole 1/2 load more with room to spare. Time saver with fewer loads. Fairly quiet, about the same as Samsung washer/dryer on noise topic.
