They didn't have the parts, Called Best Buy again.. and they finally replaced it with a new one. WASTE OF TIME..... DONT DO IT.

Terrible customer service

It was to be picked up 2 days ago but they never showed. Now have to wait 4 days from now for pick up and refund.

DOA in less than a week.

Turns on for about 15 mins, starts up, and then shuts down completely. Never had a GE dryer before and won't be getting one again. Literally had it installed on Friday and less than a week later, it wasn’t working.

GE dryer

Not as nice as my LG dryer that I had prior to. There are several fancy features such as Alexa connections and steam dry. I have not tried those features yet and really dont believe that they are necessary

This model has many great features including the Steam to refresh small loads and dewrinkle larger loads, Tangle Control, Reduce Static and Washer Link and Fabric Refresh. Too many issues

Not the best quality for the price

I think my was defective, they are replacing it on Monday. I will review again.

Doesn’t work

Was told they would fend someone out in 24 hours to fix. No one ever showed up. 2 weeks late and still have no working dryer.

If your service is through GE Appliances directly, you can call our service department at 1-800-432-2737. You may want to make sure the dryer isn't overloaded, as a load of heavy, wet clothes could cause the drive belt to slip. Proper airflow is very important to the operation of your dryer. We recommend metal rigid or flexible venting and not the white plastic venting.
