I like this dryer. Very good product. Works very well.

The equipment is very nice and exceeded my expectations. However, the crew that delivered did not bring any of the parts needed in have a working appliance. When I purchased this on line there was no notice that I would need additional parts to get it operating. A major dissappointment.

I like the way this dryer gets the job done. I only gave 4 stars because it’s somewhat hart to open & close the dryer door. Also it’s inconvenient that the door does not stay open while loading…constantly swinging closed.

I purchased this dryer (and washer set) four days ago, and I will be returning my purchase. When delivered, I noticed that the dryer has a dent. I called customer service, and they said they could replace it. However, I was not satisfied with my overall experience with the dryer/washer set. In addition, not all of my clothes would dry properly at its highest setting the first cycle. So, I decided to return my purchase.

I really wanted to purchase a high-quality washer dryer set and this GE Profile was exactly what I needed! Super easy to use, lots of drying options, and highly efficient. Love the color, too.

Was never a huge fan of GE appliances but this dryer is pretty descent. Easy controls and drys the clothes thoroughly. Could use a larger lint screen.

A decent dryer for the price. No bells or whistles but simple to use!

Have had this dryer for about a month now and so far so good! A little on the loud side but it doesn’t bother me so much. Love the ease of the functions

We purchased this dryer as a set with the washer. This dryer has not been playing nice with us. We understand we might have had a slight learning curve with this new dryer, but we have tried everything to get our clothes dry. We read and re-read the manual, tried things our own way, and even with WASHER LINK enabled, our clothes still need more time. EXAMPLE 1: I washed TEN large bath towels and 12 face cloths. On WASHER LINK, the dryer sets to TOWELS mode. When the drying cycle is complete, the towels come out slightly damp and not hot, but somewhat warm. I have to run a QUICK DRY which adds about 25 more minutes to drying time (and to my electric bill), in order to get dry, hot towels. EXAMPLE 2: My wife washes everything by separating heavy's and light clothing. Clothes come out of the washer with no wrinkles and not wet. She puts the clothes in the dryer according the load and let's it run. When the cycle is complete, some clothes are dry, but most of the load is really wrinkled or damp. This was installed by a Best Buy contractor, who leveled the dryer, put a new vent pipe in, and taped the seams. I'm not sure what is wrong, but I'm going to reach out to GE, we may have a defective dryer. My 15 year old (which I still have), does a better job than this new one.
