The dryer is a true upgrade from what I previously had. I am still learning and trying to figure out the many options and settings. So far this dryer has surpassed my expectations.

It does get out of balance on bulky loads but seems to have better software to offset it. The dryer took a call to the support line to get it to connect to the smart app, but was quickly resolved.

Now the heating element isn’t working again! Only two years old and on its third repair. Customer service is awful, repair and parts took over a month.

I had to replace it, which took more than a week. The washing machine doesn't cover all the clothes with water due to the high-efficiency system.
