Posted .We'd like to help you with your dryer taking too long to dry. We recommend clean lint filter before each load and check to see if your circuit breaker is tripped or a fuse is blown, if needed, replace the fuses or reset circuit breakers for 3 to 5 minutes. You can find more information in the article titled "Dryer - Taking Too Long To Dry Clothes or Not Drying at All" on the GE Appliances website.

We had it installed and the old ones taken away. They are easy to use and energy efficient. They look great as well.

This dryer has a setting for non-timed drying that allows you to select the dryness level so I assume it has a sensor or some type. Setting the level to the maximum you can almost never gives us completely dry loads. However, I can say that even using a timed dry of 60 minutes at the maximum heat seems to be inconsistent as well. The dryer is very hot when using the highest heat and we always keep the lint clean for each load so the only thing that I can think of is that the airflow is inadequate and perhaps there is something about the sensor that is off.

Posted .On sensor dry models, it is important that the Dryer is level to ensure clothes are tumbling properly and making contact with the moisture sensors located in the lower, front of the Dryer. We also recommend checking your exhaust vent on the outside of your home to see if it could be blocked or clogged. If you don't see any issue, we recommend reaching out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393, M-F 8:00-8:00 EST.

The thing I do not like is that the wrinkle care does not run intermittently. It runs for a sold 8 hours. So it’s basically a useless feature. Again I would not purchase.
