This fantastic dryer model features our My Cycle setting. Streamline your laundry process by saving your favorite dryer settings for future use! We're confident this dryer will continue to be an asset in your laundry routine for years to come.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with your dryer as we continually strive to improve the products and services we offer. We encourage you to disconnect the power to your dryer at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. We also recommend you check the venting on the back of the dryer and on the outside of your home for an obstruction or blockage that could cause increasingly long drying times. Last but not least, check to be sure your dryer is level (front to back and left to right) as this could affect the operation of the sensor. If the issue persists, we recommend calling Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your dryer properly diagnosed and repaired.

This is certainly not what we'd expect from this dryer and not the experience we want you to have. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of your one-year warranty with us by calling 833-426-3393. One of our great technicians would be happy to get your unit drying as it should.

We appreciate you leaving your feedback with us about your dryer and we're sorry that your dryer was not working properly and that you had to return it. A dryer that doesn't dry efficiently could be caused by a blocked vent or filter. Also, the size of the load and the materials of the items can affect drying times. For proper drying performance we want to make sure you're cleaning the lint filter after every load and not under or overloading your tub.
