    Great dryer and love the smart features. The washer link is the best feature since you dont have to change the settings on the dryer, it just reads from the washer settings.

    Had to return this appliance due to sensor issues but it was compensated with a Samsung appliance extremely satisfied thanks for the Best Buy

    Nice looking washer and dryer! My only con is, it’s noisey. Other than that, it works great.if you do purchase, get hoses for the washer ,it’s not included.

    Horrible dryer

    I received all the wanted to like this dryer. I was told to get a GE brand after my Samsung washer died I wanted the same so I got a washer and dryer after ten tears. It's the worst thing ever. It takes hours for my clothes to dry. Leaving me to wash them Again 2023. I went out of town right after the delivery and could not return it. Now I'm stuck with this junk.

We encourage you to disconnect the power to your dryer at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. We also recommend you check the venting on the back of the dryer and on the outside of your home for an obstruction or blockage that could cause increasingly long drying times. Last but not least, check to be sure your dryer is level (front to back and left to right) as this could affect the operation of the sensor. If the issue persists, we recommend calling Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your dryer properly diagnosed and repaired. GE_Appliances

    The sensor dryer setting does not seem to completely dry the loads. The top of the dryer also seems to dent easily with even light pressure.

    Is a great dryer works great my only issue it makes more noise than my older dryer

    Terrible Install experience

    Only has one star because the site won't allow me to continue without a star, but zero out of zero stars is the correct rating. Products wouldn't necessarily be bad. However, the third party delivery and install company is the problem. Resulted in a flooded laundry room, damaged washer and dryer, allowed them to use my restroom and fecal matter was left. HIGHLY recommend you do your own install. After all, that's what we ended up doing. Will never use "Best" Buy for any service or shop their stores again.

    Very noise. Both washer and dryer. Dryer door is hard to open and close. Lint collector is very small.

    We purchased a washer ans dryer the washer is well dryer did not dry cloths stayed wet sent a service advisor was told a electrical component is not good..

    Looks nice and has an app but it doesn't get clothes dry. I would always have to re-dry any size load at leat once, sometimes twice. I returned and purchased different brand.

    DO NOT BUY

    The absolute worst. Zero stars. We have had this dryer for 10 months. It does not heat up and dry clothes, had tech out he fixed it, it started burning and smelled like smoke..broke again after 48 hours. In the past 6 weeks we’ve had a working dryer for 2 days. Bought 5 year geek squad support and they won’t fix because it’s still under manufacturer warranty. GE service tech takes about 10-14 days to come out. Its been a nightmare At this point we go to the laundromat otherwise it would take 8 hours to dry a load of clothes. Honestly scared to even have it fixed again after the last time it smelled like something was burning. So upset!!!

    AVOID PRODUCT AND BEST BUY PROTECTION COVERAGE

    AVOID GE PROFILE PRODUCTS. The machine’s finish starts to deteriorate within 4 months of purchase - GE WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER THEIR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY and NEITHER WILL BEST BUYS GEEK SQUAD. Both GE and Best Buy will give you the run around and do nothing but waste your time.

    Brand new dryer won’t spin

    I ordered the GE profile washer and dryer set. They got delivered today and the washer works perfectly. The dryer however turns on and sounds like it is running but the drum will not spin so I am left with wet clothes.

    Washer is great dryer not so great

    It lasted 1 year 2 months wire burnt into 6 months later another wire came off of the element The 3rd year now it finally burnt totally up. I have to buy another one to match my washer .. They know what they're doing making money

    Dryer is awful

    The dryer is awful! I dry 4 towels at a time and it takes two cycles to dry. I wouldn’t recommend this dryer at all.
