We have had this Dryer since January of 2023, right after the warranty ran out the heat stopped working. Even as a total tech member I had to pay for a service call. The tech fixed the heat, but the next day it broke again. He had to order a part which took a few days to arrive and come back. Shortly after that was fixed another part broke and had to be fixed. Every time there was an issue it took days to get a tech out. No dryer with 3 kids is certainly a challenge. After all of this was fixed it stopped heating again. Best Buy should have replaced the dryer but wouldn’t and wanted me to pay again for a technician to come out. I refused to pay and cut my losses on this dryer and bought a new one. Dave the local technician was great and even gave me his cell number to help expedite if issues kept happening (which they did). I am disappointed with the service I was provided given I was a total tech member and have spent a good amount of money at Best Buy. I will never buy an appliance from there again.

This is my first ever dryer purchase. It dries well and is energy efficient. Recommend.

I like the way this dryer gets the job done. I only gave 4 stars because it’s somewhat hart to open & close the dryer door. Also it’s inconvenient that the door does not stay open while loading…constantly swinging closed.

Love this product very large capacity, silent - does good job

The equipment is very nice and exceeded my expectations. However, the crew that delivered did not bring any of the parts needed in have a working appliance. When I purchased this on line there was no notice that I would need additional parts to get it operating. A major dissappointment.

I purchased this dryer (and washer set) four days ago, and I will be returning my purchase. When delivered, I noticed that the dryer has a dent. I called customer service, and they said they could replace it. However, I was not satisfied with my overall experience with the dryer/washer set. In addition, not all of my clothes would dry properly at its highest setting the first cycle. So, I decided to return my purchase.

Was never a huge fan of GE appliances but this dryer is pretty descent. Easy controls and drys the clothes thoroughly. Could use a larger lint screen.

Have had this dryer for about a month now and so far so good! A little on the loud side but it doesn’t bother me so much. Love the ease of the functions
