Horrible Set

I first made the order and the washer was ok and the dryer came in bad. I scheduled a return exchange and the second time the washer was bad and the dryer was ok. Third time I kept the dryer and exchanged the washer, things worked well for about 2 weeks (as soon as the return policy ended). After the 2 weeks the dryer does not heat up the same, it takes 3 cycles to dry a set of clothes. This is the worst experience a customer could have. I’ve been a long time best buy customer but I’m never buying anything from best buy again. DO NOT make the same mistake I did, don’t buy this set.

We recommend checking the vent hose on the back of the dryer and the vent cap on the outside of your home for any type of restriction or obstruction that would affect the drying performance as you described. Also, if you have not already done so, we encourage you to disconnect power to your dryer for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If you continue to have concerns with the drying performance once the power has been restored, we recommend calling Bodewell, our authorized service team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed. -Vikki@GEAppliances

New Dryer

The control Wi-Fi function is a little misleading. You can’t just control it all time from your phone. You have to hit delay start and then start it from your phone within 24 hrs. I was hoping to start my dryer when I remember my kids need their dry nap mat I left in the dryer Sunday night/ Monday morning at 345am from my phone. Instead I still have to get up and go do this in my laundry room.

The large capacity is wonderful for when the kids get home from college and have a ton of laundry to do. The wifi notifications are nice to know when the clothes are done.

Uses less energy than most dryers. I had to change the door open side and the instructions were easy to follow. Excellent value.

Very Fairly priced and out perform all the other brands. The Delivery is fantastic! The guys that deliveried were very interested in our satisfaction.... which is hard to find now.
