Heating element broke twice in 90 days

It takes longer than expected to dry and the heating element is bad. It broke down on me twice. I had to pay a deductible to have the repair work down. 94 days later, the heating element went out again and since the work is only warrantied for 90 days, theyre making me pay the $125 deductible again and BB wont do the right thing and cover it. Terrible service on a bad product.

DO NOT BUY GE DRYER

The first time was in Nov 2023 the heating element was not working, second time Dec 2023 the heating element was not working and it would not heat up. Now its May2024 and again the heating element is not heating up again. I want to get a replacement and Best Buy is refusing to do it since is out of the manufacture warranty but it started to have problems within the 1 year warranty. I need Best Buy and GE to get me a solution ASAP.

Posted .If you find that your unit is noisy, please ensure the unit is properly leveled by checking the leveling legs. You can adjust the leveling legs at the corners to ensure the dryer is level side-to-side and front-to-back.
