We had it installed and the old ones taken away. They are easy to use and energy efficient. They look great as well.

Dryer seems to not always dry completely

This dryer has a setting for non-timed drying that allows you to select the dryness level so I assume it has a sensor or some type. Setting the level to the maximum you can almost never gives us completely dry loads. However, I can say that even using a timed dry of 60 minutes at the maximum heat seems to be inconsistent as well. The dryer is very hot when using the highest heat and we always keep the lint clean for each load so the only thing that I can think of is that the airflow is inadequate and perhaps there is something about the sensor that is off.

Posted .On sensor dry models, it is important that the Dryer is level to ensure clothes are tumbling properly and making contact with the moisture sensors located in the lower, front of the Dryer. We also recommend checking your exhaust vent on the outside of your home to see if it could be blocked or clogged. If you don't see any issue, we recommend reaching out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393, M-F 8:00-8:00 EST.

The thing I do not like is that the wrinkle care does not run intermittently. It runs for a sold 8 hours. So it’s basically a useless feature. Again I would not purchase.

Does not dry

It takes at least 3 cycles for one load to dry and sometimes even more. I called GE customer service and the first thing they offer is to send a technician for a fee when they know this issue has been reported by prior customers and nothing has been done. This dryer is a big fire hazard and should be recalled. Not having a dryer has caused a huge inconvenience for this family of 5. Do not buy this product and save yourself the stress and headache.
