The app was a joke for the wifi in comparison to other brands. The door was made of really poor quality including the clip that you have to really pull or push to work. Returned it.

I have to always add more time even when its on the highest setting to get the clothes dry. I also wish there were more time settings available.

Posted .We are sorry to hear you're having this issue with your dryer. We'd like to help! Your dryer has a feature called Eco Dry/eDry. Cycle times will change when eDry is selected. The eDry option will default to "on" for Cottons. For optimal drying times, turn eDry off. Energy savings will vary across loads and cycles. We also recommend making sure your outside venting isn't blocked with any lint or debris that should be cleaned out. Posted .We'd like to help you with your dryer taking too long to dry. We recommend clean lint filter before each load and check to see if your circuit breaker is tripped or a fuse is blown, if needed, replace the fuses or reset circuit breakers for 3 to 5 minutes. You can find more information in the article titled "Dryer - Taking Too Long To Dry Clothes or Not Drying at All" on the GE Appliances website.
