Steps to take:
-Check the latest version of the SmartHQ app on your phone. The version on the phone should match the most current version of the SmartHQ app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.

-If the version on your phone is an older version of the SmartHQ app, update the SmartHQ app.

-If you can't update the SmartHQ app, delete it from your phone and re-install it.

If you still have trouble with the SmartHQ app, contact our Connected Home Support Line at 1-800-220-6899, Monday-Friday 9am - 11pm ET, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 3pm ET. Hope this helps! Sincerely- Dianna@GEA

If your dryer is not drying properly, please ensure the duct is clean, the lint filter is cleaned, and your loads are sorted and not overloaded. If this doesn't help, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393. Our technicians would be happy to investigate further so you can enjoy every aspect of your unit!

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your dryer not drying your clothes properly, and we'd like to help improve your experience. Page 12 of the Use and Care Manual provides some troubleshooting tips in the "Clothes take too long to dry" section. Among other options, these tips suggest ensuring the lint filter is clean and turning off the "Eco Dry" cycle option. If the problem persists, please reach out to our Bodewell service team by calling 833-426-3393 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET; Saturday – Sunday: Closed), so one of our technicians can further investigate.
