Loud, lint, door is horrible

Steps to take:
-Check the latest version of the SmartHQ app on your phone. The version on the phone should match the most current version of the SmartHQ app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
-If the version on your phone is an older version of the SmartHQ app, update the SmartHQ app.
-If you can't update the SmartHQ app, delete it from your phone and re-install it.

GE Profile Dryer

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed this dryer. Im able to connect via wifi and time my loads to complete with the washer. The color is nice. Compared to standard white. The see through door is a plus for me.

Maybe It’s This Particular Dryer Itself

Our primary issue is how long it takes to dry. It can sometimes go for 3 hours and the clothes will still be damp. Not very high efficiency.

Posted .If your dryer is not drying properly, please ensure the duct is clean, the lint filter is cleaned, and your loads are sorted and not overloaded. Among other options, these tips suggest ensuring the lint filter is clean and turning off the "Eco Dry" cycle option. If the problem persists, please reach out to our Bodewell service team by calling 833-426-3393 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET; Saturday – Sunday: Closed), so one of our technicians can further investigate. Horrible Experience

The return process was an absolute disaster; and I have been waiting for nearly 3-4 weeks for my full refund. After going back and forth and best buy reps telling me they will call me back and they don’t, I had to dispute the amount through my best buy card. An absolute joke of a process all around and poor customer service.
