Horrible Experience

The return process was an absolute disaster; and I have been waiting for nearly 3-4 weeks for my full refund. After going back and forth and best buy reps telling me they will call me back and they don’t, I had to dispute the amount through my best buy card. An absolute joke of a process all around and poor customer service.

Among other options, these tips suggest ensuring the lint filter is clean and turning off the "Eco Dry" cycle option. If the problem persists, please reach out to our Bodewell service team by calling 833-426-3393 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET; Saturday – Sunday: Closed), so one of our technicians can further investigate.
