I purchased the GE Profile PTW600BPRDG washer a few weeks ago, and it has exceeded all my expectations. It offers incredible capacity—perfect for my family—and the wash cycles are super efficient. I love the Smart FlexDispense™ system, which handles all types of detergents, and the Smarter Wash technology automatically adjusts the settings for each load, saving both time and water. Another big plus is being able to control everything from my phone with the SmartHQ app. It even has antimicrobial protection, which gives me extra peace of mind. On top of being functional, it’s also stylish—the dark gray finish and glass lid give my laundry room a modern touch. I highly recommend it. It’s an investment that’s totally worth it!

Dries fast. Will wrinkle clothes if the ECO mode is on. Lint trap is clumsy to put back.

I just graduated and needed a washed and dryer for the house i am renting. This was such a great purchase, they are big but not too big, and so easy to use!

I have had this dryer (and matching washer) now for about two months. The dryer does a great job! The sanitize cycle is 3 hours long, just an FYI, but it does give me an extra piece of mind with towels.

I love that i can was my blankets in there. Having to go to the laundromat every week to do all the blankets was time comsuming. This handles it nicely

Washer and dryer are fine, work how they are intended. My issue is with how delivery was handled and also the store manager in Pearland Josh. Delivery was scheduled for the Monday the storm hit so I understand the delivery cancellation. What I don’t understand is why my delivery was not rescheduled for Tuesday. The folks on Tuesday pushed to Wednesday and the deliveries on Wed pushed to Thursday. That would be fair to all, instead my delivery was pushed to Thursday, behind the deliveries I was supposed to be in front of. A little work from BB so all deliveries are fair. Josh is a jerk, have not been talked down to like that in some time. The way he speaks to and interacts with customers is not good for BB. Extremely condescending and rude. Spoke to me like I was an idiot and definitely did not solve the reason I came to the store. I tried to return the dryer kit I paid for and did not need for the install and instead of simply explaining what he could and could not do, he treated the customer like they were stupid! And in front of 2 other employees. Josh. should not be interacting with customers. When I spoke to customer service about my delayed delivery, they said they would discuss some kind of compensation for the total inconvenience, have not heard anything from customer service. I would hope BB would respond to this review and consider taking care of a long time customer.

I love it. The color is beautiful. It’s quite no vibration noise. Simple and easy to install. Easy touch screen.

I recently purchased a G.E. washer and dryer from Best Buy for my daughter. They both are running perfectly, and the man who waited on us made the entire purchase really easy. I will definitely look at Best Buy for any future appliance purchases!

Has an excellent capacity and works well no matter how much is in it. Quiet and efficient

This dryer worked very well, however, it was the incorrect dryer to go with the washing machine. I did receive the replacement which doesn’t give me an option to review as of yet.

Good Dryer, easy to install, ready to use right away.

Large capacity is great for drying a queen sized comforter, but it takes several cycles. The lint trap isn't the best either, it builds up quickly under the trap, even if you clean the trap between cycles.

Smart dryer in a way that matters. Sends notifications to your phone prior to completion and once completed. Remembers the settings from your washer for ease of use. And can keep it’s clothes wrinkle free for prolonged periods of time

PRETTY GOOD DRYER. DON'T THINK IT IS REALLY A 7.4 CU. FT.--THROWS CLOTHES FORWARD SO A LARGE LOAD CLOTHES FALL OUT WHEN YOU OPEN DOOR. BEWARE OF THE PAINT FINISH...VERY DELICATE. SCRATCHES EASILY. QUIET RUNNING UNIT. DOES NOT HAVE A WRINKLE-FREE COOL DOWN THAT I CAN FIND.

Dryer works great! Minimal noise while running, have mainly used standard drying setting and clothes are always dry, but not permanently creased when done. I did read comments about the lint filter being small, and it is (especially when we have several large dogs in our home), but it catches lint well. Any excess is laying next to the lint opening and simple to scoop out into the trash. Would buy again.
